Can I wire transfer or send a check?

Yes, we accept both wire transfers and physical checks. Once you create an order, you’ll be able to choose the payment method you'd like to use.

Can we get educational tax exemption?

To process orders with a tax exemption, we require your exemption documents in advance. Please send the relevant documents to us. Once processed, your organization will automatically receive tax exemption on future orders. If you're unsure about this process, feel free to contact us at support@rocketdrones.com.

When will I get my order?

We aim to ship your order promptly using Priority Service. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery typically takes up to 7 business days.

Where are your products made?

Our products are manufactured both locally in Florida, USA, and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure high-quality products. If your state requires domestically manufactured products for funding, please contact us—we're happy to assist.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are a flat $75 fee, regardless of location or items in your order. You’ll always see the shipping fee before completing your purchase. Rocket Drones offers free shipping on orders over $1,000.
